Product defects are typically handled by the individual manufacturer so they can collect data and troubleshoot with the end-user directly. If you have troubles connecting with a manufacturer please contact us and we will gladly help make the connection. 

If you are not happy/satisfied with your purchase we do accept returns as follows:
     - Please contact us before returning your product
     - You will be responsible for any shipping charges that occur to return your item
     - All returns must be accompanied by original receipt within 14 days and have all of the manufacturing/store tags and stickers in tact. 
     - For packages that are sealed and have been open but not used, you may be eligible to store credit at our discretion.
